About the program
Landing your first role as a developer is tough, especially if you don’t have the right connections or work experience. This program gives you a foot in the door.
Over six weeks, we’ll train you to become an AI Automation Assistant, using tools like Make.com, n8n, and more — skills in high demand with businesses worldwide. You’ll work on real-world automation projects every week and have built a portfolio by the end of the program.
When you finish, we’ll connect you to our waitlist of international founders and agencies ready to hire. This program is a direct bridge from your coding skills to your first remote tech job, starting at $500/month.
Our Track Record
This program is run by Sourcing Sprints, an organization that supports talented Nigerians in accessing global remote opportunities. We invest a portion of our profits into impact-driven programs to up-skill talent and connect them directly to international employers.
Last month, we ran our first batch of placements and matched all seven automation assistants to international remote roles. We have a lot more demand from founders and a waitlist of employers looking to hire.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for early-career developers or recent graduates who can code.
This isn’t a good fit if you’re already working full-time. While the program is part-time, success means making it your top priority for the entire duration. You’ll need to show up consistently, complete challenging projects, and take ownership of your learning.

Program Structure
Start Date: September 15th, 2025 Format: 6 weeks of hands-on training, 20 hours/week, building a portfolio of real-world automation projects using tools like Make.com, n8n, and Airtable. Instructor Support: Receive personalized feedback and mentorship from experienced instructors to guide you through each project and ensure your success. Commitment: This program is intensive. To succeed, you must commit 20 hours/week to attending live calls and completing projects and assignments.This program is an impact-driven initiative by Sourcing Sprints. We do not profit from it. It is completely free with no fees to apply or participate.
