The Premier League Hall of Fame 2025 has announced its shortlist of 15 legendary players, and fans are eagerly awaiting the induction of two new members. Let’s dive into the details.

Hall of Fame Background
The Premier League Hall of Fame was launched in 2021 to recognize players and managers with exceptional records and significant contributions to the Premier League since 1992. So far, 24 players and two managers, Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsène Wenger, have been inducted.

1. Patrice Evra: Evra is a highly accomplished professional footballer known for his exceptional defensive skills and leadership qualities. He is best recognized for his time at Manchester United, where he enjoyed tremendous success. Born on May 4, 1987, in Arenys de Mar, Spain, he began his football career at a young age, joining the youth academy of FC Barcelona before moving to Arsenal’s academy in England. Rising through the ranks, Fàbregas became renowned for his creativity and leadership on the field. Over his career, he has played for several top clubs, including Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea, and AS Monaco, achieving numerous domestic and international titles.
3. Eden Hazard:  Is a highly skilled professional footballer known for his exceptional dribbling, creativity, and ability to change the course of a match. 11. Sol Campbell: The Arsenal Experienced defender known for his robust tackling, aerial ability, and leadership qualities. He played for Manchester United, one of the most famous football clubs in the world, where he served as the team’s first-choice goalkeeper for several successful seasons.
During his time at Manchester United, Van Der Sar was known for his excellent shot-stopping abilities, composure under pressure, and leadership on the field. 15. Nemanja Vidic: is a former professional footballer who played as a central defender. Selection Process
To be eligible, players must have retired by January 1, 2025, and only their Premier League career is considered. The selection involves a combination of fan votes and votes from existing Hall of Fame members. Voting closes on September 15, 2025, and the two inductees will be announced on November 4, 2025.
